Citizens of Beauty was founded by Serena Pateliotes, a fully certified esthetician of 20 years who specializes in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, facial waxing, brow+lash tinting and brow lamination.

Her passion is to help every woman that comes through her door feel their best by helping them achieve low maintenance beauty around the clock allowing them to walk through their lives radiating confidence! Serena continues to educate herself by taking advanced courses to provide her clients with the most up to date trends.  

Serena is originally from the Okanagan and now resides in Langley, BC. She is passionate about her work and enjoys travel, fashion, arts, and spending time with her family.
